Amilla Villa Residences’ spacious living room opens out to stunning poolside views thanks to the glass bi-fold doors leading to the deck. Plush sofas and decadent floor pillows create the perfect setting for relaxed get-togethers. The living room is fully-equipped with all the modern technology entertainment you could ask for, ranging from a bespoke iPod for your use to a massive plasma TV.

Guests can either enjoy an alfresco meal gathered around the impressive outdoor dining table or opt for the more formal indoor setting, where another generous dining table can accommodate up to 10 guests. Both of the dining areas offer stellar views overlooking the pool and shimmering ocean. The property also offers an immaculately well-equipped kitchen.

Amilla Villa Residences’s beautiful 11-metre pool perfectly reflects the clear blue shades of the sky and offers the ultimate spot for taking in the mesmerising views of this absolute beachfront paradise. After a refreshing dip, guests can luxuriate on one of the deckchairs or opt for a sun lounger perched right by the shoreline. For a true castaway experience, steal away into a hammock suspended between beachside palm trees. As its crowning glory, the pool area also features a lavish daybed perched atop an elevated sundeck where couples can enjoy mesmerising views in the shade of a parasol.

Amilla Villa Residences has four bedrooms. Two rooms have king-sized beds and two rooms have two single beds each. There is one bedroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms up on the first floor. Two extra beds are available against an additional fee, with no extra charge for children under 12. Amilla Villa Residences can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests.

The master bedroom is up on the first floor. The room has a huge 2.3-metre bed, TV and an iPad. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, outdoor shower and a bathtub.

Villa Manager
Amilla Villa Residences’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. The villa manager will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping
You didn’t think you would be expected to clean while enjoying time off did you? All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange the laundry services, wash up and simply make sure you don’t lift a finger whilst on holiday with the family.
Butlers
Butlers are on hand 24 hours a day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout the day.
Chef
Amilla Villa Residences provides guests with two extensive grocery lists from which to order from. The Providore list is an extensive grocery list from which guests pre-select complimentary food and beverage items (including some alcoholic beverages) which are stocked at the villa to cater for guest breakfasts and light lunches. A second (chargeable) Providore list of premium meats, cheeses, fruits and other luxury items is also available. In addition to the breakfast and light lunches prepared for the Providore list by the villa’s katheeb (house master), complimentary daily afternoon tea pastries and pre-dinner cocktail snacks are included in the rates. Complimentary lunch can be prepared from the providore list or enjoyed at Bazaar restaurant. Complimentary dinner is served at Bazaar restaurant.
Security
It’s nice to know you have security and many villas will have full-time guards or night time security available. Additional security can also be arranged if the villa doesn’t include any in the daily rate.

Amilla Villa Residences is located within a UNESCO World Heritage Biosphere Reserve, and enjoys a pristine location in the Amilla Fushi Resort in the Maldives. This paradise of an island offers an optimal setting for diving and other water sports, while also providing guests with a heavenly dose of peace and quiet far from the madding crowd. In addition to the premium five-star accommodation, the resort pampers guests with delectable restaurants and rejuvenating spa treatments. A personalised ‘Rolls’ beach buggy and a fleet of bicycles are provided at every villa, but if a gentle, sand-between-the-toes, walk is your preferred mode of transport, most island amenities are just a short stroll away. Amilla Fushi Resort can be reached from Male International Airport with a short domestic flight or via speedboat.
